This Terms and Conditions of Isaastech are applicable to all products and services provided by Isaastech in the event of any variance are governed by the laws of India.

Copyright is hold on to Isaastech in all design work (words, pictures, ideas, visuals and interpretation).

If a particular design is presented and you are chosen that for your project, only that design is considered to be given by us as completing the contract. Other designs are stay as the property of Isaastech, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Project Acceptance:

During the time of proposal, we will provide you with written estimate or quotation. Customers can read the Terms and conditions at any time on the Isaastech website.

We need a signed copy of written estimate or quotation copy from the customer to indicate the acceptance.

Design Charges:

Charges for design services by Isaastech will be given in the quotation. A payment of 50 percentage of the quoted amount should be payed immediately at the time of acceptance of quotation.

Otherwise, all design services require an advance payment of a fifty percent of the quotation amount before the work begin or before we present it to the Client for review. Customers can pay the balance fifty percent of the project quotation amount while the release of project work.

Charges for Other Services:

Customer should pay the complete amount for any additional services for the projects that we completed already or out of the scope. This payment should be done during the quotation acceptance.

Payments:

Any invoice queries can be submitted by email within 14 days of the invoice date.

An extra 8% of the outstanding amount will be charged in case of late payments more than 30 days after the date of invoice.

Payments can be done by online transfer, credit card or Debit Card.

Payments by cheque should be previously agreed and may be subject to an administration charge.

The release of work done by Isaastech on behalf of the client will take place only after clearing the due amounts.

An additional charge is applied in case of any returned cheque cases.

Copyrights and Trademarks:

The ownership of the materials like text, images and other data that given by customer to Isaastech will remain with the customer.

The ownership of the artwork, images, or text will remain the property of Isaastech unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The licence for the use of the copyright material is allowed to the agreement customer completely, only for the project that defined in the agreement and not for any other purpose.

By giving images, text, or any other data to Isaastech, the customer grants Isaastech permission to use this material for the design work.

Alterations:

Separate charges will be liable to the work done that addition to the agreed scope, or where the client makes changes to the supplied copy or changes required to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design.

Isaastech holds no responsibility for any modifications made by any third party, before or after a design is published.

Licensing

Clients have the rights to use the design, copywriting, drawing, idea or code by Isaastech, on a one time only basis and should not be modified, re-used, or re-distributed in any way.

Data Formats:

Customers can give us the details in electronic format as standard text (.txt), MS Word (.docx) or via e-mail / FTP or shared folder.

Images should be in good quality, suitable for use without any image processing, and Isaastech will not be responsible for any image quality issues which the client later considers to be unacceptable.

There is some additional charges in case we need any photography and art direction work, media searches, conversion, digital image processing, or data services, colour correction and correction of images.

Project Duration:

Project duration is deemed from the date when the cleared funds are received by Isaastech.

We will discuss you with the exact time we need to complete the project.

Design Project Completion:

Isaastech consider the design project is completed once we receive the customer’s confirmation mail mail.

Cancellation & Refund policies :

Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail.

The balance amount must be paid within 30 days.

If we are not receiving any correct confirmation within 14 days, Customers will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.

Refunds or exchanges are available for physically shipped software that are unopened, within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on opened or electronically delivered software.

Disclaimer

Isaastech will not be responsible for any damages resulting from products or services.

Isaastech is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss of data, or non-delivery of products or services, in any cause.

While we take reasonable steps to investigate the materials we recommend, we accept no responsibility for the performance or quality of materials or any consequential loss arising from their failure.

General

Isaastech reserves the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Quotation

The placement of an order for design or any other services offered by Isaastech, by email or verbally is considered to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are freely available at www.Isaastech.com.
